P.E.
P.E. will take place every Friday in the hall where the children will be encouraged to take off their own shoes and socks. Any practice that you can do to support us with this will be greatly appreciated.
The children should come to school in their P.E. kits please.

Forest School
We will be getting suited and booted and heading into Forest School each Monday. Please can you ensure that your child has a pair of wellies in school for their outdoor play.
It is widely recognised that children who have experienced good quality outdoor learning develop strong social skills, are able to work in groups effectively and display a higher level of both self-esteem and independence.
At Dewstow Primary School your child will be given every opportunity through the use of the outdoors to develop these skills. Many children prefer learning outdoors and fresh air can have a profound effect on the concentration and involvement of children. Remember, the outdoors will be used in all weather and there is no bad weather!
